As far as culinary adventures go, I think this one was a little more ambitious than usual, considering 1) I’ve never cooked clams before, and 2) the only time I ever had clams was in chowder at the Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco and Monterey Bay.
I did a test run with the 'mates, and they seemed to like it, so I'm going to put this food experiment down as a success!
